Leader Development, Assessment and Diagnostic Tools
These tools provide baseline data to get the process started, assessment results to guide leaders in pursuing a development plan, and measures of progress on performance improvement.

RQ™ (RetentionQuotient): Early in the process, leaders take a self-assessment of the 10 competencies to gauge their understanding of the competencies and their ability to apply them in work settings.
Insight: A semi-annual 360° survey completed by the leader, the manager, team members, and peers. Results provide initial feedback in selecting RetentionLab programs as well as periodic measures of improvement.
