Advanced Blended Learning and Instructional Design
In developing this program, all relevant learning mediums were leveraged to take advantage of instructor-led training, web-based assessment and learning, and on-the-job application exercises to ensure learners are engaged in the content and transfer new skills to their daily work activities.

Each module contains 4 hours of relevant and focused content divided into several learning topics, delivered in short timeframes, allowing learners to complete them quickly. Retention content, progress checks, job simulations, Mastery Assessments and comprehensive off-line learning activities are all delivered via three learning methods:

Instructor-Led Workshops: Designed to be delivered by your training staff
or a TalentKeepers facilitator, each module contains a 90-minute workshop that engages
learners through skill development and practice exercises, and also allows for group
discussion.

On-Line Learning Modules: These highly interactive e-learning modules are
intended to be delivered before or after the Workshop. Each module allows the learner to
choose the learning mode that best suits their learning style from “Teach Me”, “Guide Me”
and “Let Me Try”. Each one takes the learner through learning topics, Progress Checks, Job Simulations and a Mastery Assessment.

On-The-Job Application Exercises: Each module contains 90 minutes
of on-the-job application exercises designed to help learners integrate their new skills and
understanding into their daily work activities.

Custom Workshops and Presentations: TalentKeepers’ retention
