TalentKeepers provides 24/7 client support on technical and procedural issues
as well as counsel on best practices for client implementation. In addition,
TalentKeepers helps clients build a retention culture with TalentKeepers’
tools by providing the following services:
· During our DISCOVERY AUDIT, TalentKeepers’
Retention consultants work with client representatives to identify the best
ways to implement TalentKeepers’ tools. Audit topics include turnover’s
costs, causes, and consequences, cultural integration, systems connectivity,
developing a customized implementation schedule, and measurements for success.
· LAUNCH MEETINGS are conducted on-site by TalentKeepers’
Retention Consultants to introduce leaders on all management levels to the TalentKeepers’
tools, their implementation schedule, and the goals of their retention program.
· DATA REVIEW MEETINGS are also conducted on-site by
TalentKeepers’ Retention Consultants to help leaders review feedback they
have received from TalentKeepers’ assessments, guide them to communicate
results to their manager and teams, and enroll for RetentionLab e-learning modules.
· ADMINISTRATOR TRAINING is provided for client representatives
who will be tracking participant activities and analyzing results.
· PROCEDURAL GUIDES are provided for leaders, team
members, and administrators which detail each on-line step and provide screen
illustrations.
