Retention Consultant Position Description

RetentionWorksTM is a state of the art, web-enabled solution which has been proven to reduce unwanted employee attrition by involving all levels of the organization in the retention effort through integrated assessments, surveys, e-learning and performance management elements.
Position Summary
Retention Consultants are responsible for implementing TalentKeepers retention solution, RetentionWorksTM at client sites and providing on-going client support. This is a key position within TalentKeepers Client Services function and is critical to the success of the TalentKeepers solution within a client organization.
Retention Consultants will focus on uncovering and understanding client needs, and potential obstacles/barriers to the TalentKeepers solution. Retention Consultants will help develop strategies and programs/products customized to a client’s needs. Retention Consultants will be responsible for understanding all of TalentKeepers products, tools and the Learning Management System (LMS). Retention Consultants will be responsible for assisting clients in developing an implementation strategy/plan customized to their environment. Retention Consultants are responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic relationships with key people within client organizations, including members of the executive team, and providing direction and soliciting feedback important to the continued use of the TalentKeepers solution. Retention Consultants are responsible for analyzing client data and interpreting results for clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop a strong understanding of the TalentKeepers products, tools and LMS.
2. Build and maintain dynamic client relationships with executives
· Conduct regular client meetings with executives in order to educate them on the drivers of retention within their organization and influence their thinking on sound retention strategies
3. Conduct client discovery meetings
· Conduct presentations
· Conduct focus groups
· Perform planning activities
· Educate client representatives in implementation methodology
4. Conduct client implementation launch meetings.
· Develop client implementation strategy/plan
· Develop project plans
· Develop implementation presentation materials
· Conduct presentations
5. Conduct client leader data review meetings.
· Analyze client data and interpret results
· Develop data review presentation materials
· Create client analysis reports and recommendations
· Conduct data review presentations
6. Provide client support of the LMS and resolving:
· Access problems
· Tool functionality
· Interpreting error messages
7. Analyze client data/results
· Analyze results and provide recommendations for clients
· Analyze results across clients
8. Product management
· Identify product modification needs
· Identify new product needs
9. Perform other duties as required.
Preferred Experience
¨ Project/change management experience with senior executive interaction
¨ Implementing and supporting performance support programs.
¨ Stand-up presentation and facilitation
¨ Interaction with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
¨ Implementation and facilitation of management development programs
¨ Survey administration and interpretation
¨ Data analysis, results presentation and formulating recommendations
¨ On-line learning development, facilitation and support
Skills
Excellent problem solving skills

Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required
Experience with MS Project preferred
Experience with Data analysis and query tools preferred (e.g. SPSS, TOAD, etc.)
Education Requirements
Bachelor degree required, Masters degree preferred, in a performance management related field such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology, human resources, etc.
Travel Requirements
Retention Consultant travel could be as high as 40% in order to support client management activities.
