Summary
The Retention Analyst is a full-time position. Graduate students in the metro-Orlando area are encouraged to apply. The Retention Analyst will work
with Retention Consultants and IT representatives to provide high-quality and responsive customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to emerging business clients
- Analyze data, using statistical methods and applications, in order to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of retention programs
- Prepare for consulting engagements, track client progress, prepare presentation materials and create status reports
- Work with internal groups to facilitate client technical and custom requests
Qualifications
BS in Business or Psychology, with emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management or equivalent. Proficiency with MS Office
applications and data analysis tools, such as SPSS, required. Local candidates only.
