Summary of Position
Client Service Specialists are responsible for supporting internal TalentKeepers processes, our Web-based systems, internal data analysis, some aspects of our client engagements and providing on-going client support. This is a customer service position with the opportunity to work with clients, includes some administrative duties, and a flexible, part-time schedule, up to 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Responding to daily end user requests and inquiries mainly via email
- Preparing presentation materials
- Data Entry and some analysis
- Client data base file processing
- Project support through out all departments
- Administrative duties such as filing, mail, shipping and order processing
Education Requirements
- High School graduate.
- Some college desirable.
Qualifications
- Proficient using MS Office Applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Quick learner, self-motivated, diligent, conscientious, organized, able to manage time and meet deadlines
- Additional skills or experience that are a plus include:
- Microsoft Access, Microsoft Visio, and PDF Editor
- Other database familiarization and experience
